These terms apply to your use of PriceThisCraft (pricethiscraft.com, “the site”, “we”, “us”), including the free pricing calculator, the guides, the newsletter and the Craft Pricing Workbook. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You are welcome to use the calculator and guides for free, for your own pricing and for your business. Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, get around its security, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
Results are estimates, not advice
The calculator and guides are tools to help you think about your prices. Their results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on fee values that can change. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and they are not a guarantee of any sales or profit.
- Check the fees. Etsy, card reader providers and other platforms set and change their own fees. Confirm current fees with them before you rely on a result.
- Your prices are your decision. You are responsible for the prices you set, the taxes you owe and the rules that apply to your business.
- Examples are examples. Numbers in the calculator’s examples and in the guides are example numbers, not market prices.

Our content
The text, illustrations, calculator and design of the site belong to PriceThisCraft. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote a short passage with a link back. Please do not copy or republish whole guides or the calculator.
The Craft Pricing Workbook
The Craft Pricing Workbook is a digital download sold through Stripe.
- Price and payment. The price is shown on the workbook page (coming soon). It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we never see your card details.
- Delivery. After payment you are taken to the download page, where you can download the file straight away.
- Your license. You may use the workbook for yourself and your own business, and make copies for your own use. You may not resell it, share the file, or publish it, in whole or in part.
- Compatibility. The workbook works in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. If the file will not open, contact us through the contact page and we will help.
- Refunds. Because it is a digital download, sales are final, but if the file does not work for you we will fix it or refund you.
Newsletter and contact form
If you join the newsletter or send a message, our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. You can ask to leave the newsletter at any time.
Affiliate links and other websites
Some links on the site are affiliate links, explained in our affiliate disclosure. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or policies, and any purchase you make there is between you and that seller.
No warranty
The site, the calculator, the guides and the workbook are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them accurate and working, but we do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, PriceThisCraft and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost sales or lost data, arising from your use of the site, the calculator, the guides or the workbook, even if we were told such losses were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the workbook is limited to the amount you paid us for the workbook, if any. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the owner of PriceThisCraft is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
