What is inside
The workbook has five tabs. Shaded cells are for your numbers; everything else is a formula that updates as you type.
- Calculator. The same formulas as this site’s calculator: materials, labor, overhead, shipping, fees and your target margin in, suggested price, charm price, fees, profit, margin and earnings per hour out. Add your current price to check it.
- Product list. Up to 50 products, one per row, each with its cost, suggested price, charm price, fees, profit and margin, and earnings per hour. See your whole shop at a glance.
- Materials library. Enter a pack price and quantity once and get the cost per use, ready to drop into any product.
- Channel fees. Etsy’s US fees as named cells you can update in one place, plus two custom channels you can name for your card reader, your own website or anywhere else you sell.
- How to use. Short instructions and the formulas written out in plain English.
Who it is for
Sellers with more than a handful of products who want every price checked in one place. If you price one item at a time, the free calculator does the same math. If you have a shelf full of designs, sizes and channels, the workbook saves you running each one separately and keeps the results where you can compare them.
